Cheryl Low joined the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), the leading source of China business information, advice, consultancy and services for UK industries, in May 2007. She heads the corporate support division in CBBC, covering finance, IT and HR. Prior to CBBC, Cheryl was responsible for directing and coordinating corporate strategies for companies in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia for 10 years. She advised on growth opportunities, executed business strategies and raised investments from the capital and debt markets. Cheryl was previously a founding shareholder and vice president of a business advisory and IT solutions company in Hong Kong. Cheryl also worked for Novartis, a global life science company, as a regional auditor based in Singapore. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London.

Doran Doeh is Managing Partner of the Moscow office, co-ordinator of the firm's CIS practice and a partner in the firm's Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Department. He has had legal experience in Russia since 1991. He has over 30 years experience of upstream oil and gas, both as an in-house lawyer and in private practice. In the course of his career has dealt with virtually all related areas of law including a very wide range of corporate and financing transactions. He has published and lectured extensively on legal issues in Russia and on more general oil and gas-related legal subjects. He is a Fellow of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies in London.

Tanya is a partner in our Corporate department who specialises in cross-border and large scale mergers and acquisitions, listings and joint ventures. She has experience of a number of business sectors but concentrates on utilities and natural resources, banking and financial services, aviation and other regulated sectors. Tanya has advised on a number of M&A and IPO transactions involving businesses in Russia, Kazakhstan and other parts of the CIS. She is an external examiner on the University of Westminster's LLM in Corporate Finance.
